Oil & Vinegar Dressing

A natural olive oil salad dressing, easy to prepare.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Penzey's Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (Balsamic, wine, or other)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  1. In small 1-cup bowl, put Italian Seasoning in water, let stand 5 minutes

  2. Add olive oil, mustard and vinegar and whisk to mix thoroughly.

  3. Drizzle over salad and toss with two spoons or forks until all salad ingredients are coated with dressing
