Oil & Vinegar Dressing
A natural olive oil salad dressing, easy to prepare.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Penzey's Italian Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar (Balsamic, wine, or other)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
In small 1-cup bowl, put Italian Seasoning in water, let stand 5 minutes
Add olive oil, mustard and vinegar and whisk to mix thoroughly.
Drizzle over salad and toss with two spoons or forks until all salad ingredients are coated with dressing
