Oil & Lemon Juice Dressing
This is a variation of oil and vinegar. It works well as an accompaniment to a heavier richer dinner, as it’s very light. Dressing for about 4 cups salad greens (4 small or 2 large servings)
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- Put olive oil in small bowl.
- Add lemon juice and salt and whisk till blended.
- Add pepper to taste.
